rights-evidence.resolution.v1
A provider-neutral contract that separates source-rights evidence from transport state and from the consumer-owned policy decision.
Evidence statements
declared_permitted, declared_prohibited, license_required and unknown describe the observed source-rights evidence. None of them is a legal clearance.
Resolution states
resolved, unavailable, unsupported and invalid describe whether usable evidence was produced. A resolved unknown is intentionally different from an unavailable provider/source.
Canonical shape
The request binds resource and explicit intended purpose. Verified evidence includes provider, observation time, optional expiry and an evidence_ref that can be retained with the partner audit record.
