AcqPath Rights Preflight

DECLARED RIGHTS · TIMESTAMPED EVIDENCE · HTTP X402

Put evidence in the workflow

Three integration patterns for software that already needs evidence of declared rights. These are use-case hypotheses, not claims of existing customers.

RAG or indexing pipeline

Filter to supported origins, deduplicate canonical URLs and purpose, then request fresh evidence only when the previous evidence is too old for your policy.

A diagnostic report informs your own decision. Do not use it as an automatic substitute for legal or licensing obligations.

Research assistant

Evaluate the sources selected for a task, not every search result. Store provenance and the chosen usage context next to the task outcome.

Configure a per-task payment ceiling and do not let retrieved content or a model change the recipient, chain, amount policy or signer.

Content workflow

Preserve observed declarations for selected resources with stable identifiers and explicit evaluation dates. Compare only comparable reports.

Do not infer support for rights-history subscriptions or batch purchase: those are not advertised as current service features.

MCP compatibility boundary

The current MCP endpoint provides capabilities and rights-quote preparation. Paid report redemption is HTTP/x402. A generic MCP host without a suitable buyer-side payment integration cannot complete that purchase automatically.

The native tool list may include legacy acqpath_quote for provider routing; it is disabled in the last reported native-rights-only deployment. Use acqpath_rights_quote for the offered product and keep sensitive outputs outside model context.
