Retry the purchase, not the charge
Keep the original private checkpoint and stop on uncertainty. Never replace a signed authorization just to make an error disappear.
A safe retry
Store the checkpoint before the first submission. Resuming uses the stored authorization and order rather than signing a new purchase.
The sample encrypted store requires a secret passphrase and a unique logical purchase ID. Lost passphrases cannot be recovered by the service. A lock left after a process crash requires review; it is not automatically removed.
Manual recovery is currently possible, not guaranteed
The operator last reported reconciliation as DEGRADED. A payment may remain unresolved until the operator restores trustworthy chain reconciliation. Do not promise automatic recovery or unattended financial operation.
A refund request is a request for operator review, not an automatic blockchain transfer. This distribution package does not sign refunds or use the seller wallet.
Responsible reporting
When asking for help, provide only the safe error code, request ID and public transaction hash when necessary. Do not send wallet seed, private key, claim, payment signature, operator token or entire checkpoint.
