Coverage, decisions and limitations
Explicit origin coverage and conservative decisions. Missing or unsupported evidence never becomes permission.
Observed coverage
Observed 2026-09-10T13:40:17.531Z: medium.com, theguardian.com, rslstandard.org, rslcollective.org. Re-read live capabilities; this is a dated snapshot.
Coverage accepts an exact origin, not every subdomain. A page on an allowed origin may lack verifiable declarations.
Decision vocabulary
ALLOW_DECLARED: the supported profile observed a relevant allowance. DENY_DECLARED: a relevant prohibition was observed. LICENSE_REQUIRED: a licensing requirement was observed. UNKNOWN: insufficient, conflicting or unsupported evidence.
None of these outcomes verifies ownership. AcqPath does not acquire licenses or grant legal clearance.
What is not offered
No universal crawl permission check, general web coverage, automatic license acquisition, batch endpoint, provider routing, paid MCP delivery or automatic refund is advertised.
A signature proves what AcqPath signed. Reconciliation was reported degraded; a successful public health check does not establish full purchase recovery or capacity.
